OPERATEC – Engenharia & Serviços, LDA acquired in 2014 the main share of jami company based in Cabinda – Angola, with the objective of offering existing solutions for manufacturing / engineering services and maintenance for assembly of metal structures and representations, projects and consulting, engineering, architecture, urbanism and technical supervision, construction, electricity, recruitment and placement of specialized personnel.

OPERATEC – Engineering & Services, LDA invested in a Manufacturing Yard located in Cabinda 4 km from Chevron’s main base in Malongo. The current resources of Jami’s F&M services are as follows:

AOSS (Angola Oilfield Supply Services)

Materials and Equipment Supply Services

AOSS was founded in April 2005 and is owned by OPERATEC – Engenharia & Serviços, LDA. AOSS is one of the largest distributors of materials and service providers in the oil and gas industry. AOSS has the ability to supply a wide range of PPE products to pipes, tools, paints, lifting equipment, pumps, valves, seals and connectors, welding machines and welding accessories. If the customer requests a specific bill of materials, AOSS can offer an inventory service agreement that reflects the quantity and continuity of customer service.

Over the past 3 years, AOSS has provided Chevron with a variety of materials, for example: steel cables, lifting accessories, EPIs, etc.
