Social Responsibility

In these pandemic times at Covid-19, we are all mobilizing to provide help to fight the disease, with gestures of solidarity, which consists of support in material goods, such as food, hygiene and biosafety. Taking into account the social responsibility of each company in the environment in which it operates, it is considered not to be correct and fair to leave that responsibility to the State alone. The whole of society must mobilize itself in the fight against the pandemic, which is quite complex and demanding.
Thus, Operatec could not be indifferent in the face of the current moment, in minimizing the food shortages that the State of Emergency in force in the country, as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, came to record. Operatec delivered goods in order to mitigate some needs, in view of the fight against the new coronavirus.
Within the scope of Social Responsibility on the 17th of April this year, Operatec Lda, donated several products. The following institutions have benefited:

Orfanato Masculino Lourenço Amadeu/Malembo;

Internato Femenino Irmãs Teresianas/Malembo;

The reception was attended by the vice-governor for the social area and the director of the press office of the provincial government and other members of the government. Along this path, the Provincial Government of Cabinda (GPC), in the person of mr. Vice Governor for social area Alberto Paca and coordinator of the provincial contingency commission for the control and response to the pandemic of COVID-19, recognized the enormous effort that the company OPERATEC, LDA made in donating 16 tons of different products.
