Social responsibility comprises actions that are developed by companies that seek to contribute to the construction of a more just society and to the preservation of the environment.

It is linked to the concept of sustainable leadership, which is based on three spheres: cultural, social and environmental. The first is linked to the construction of the organizational ethical culture; the second is related to the idea that the company exists to serve society and profit is the result of the efforts of employees to that end; the third is the company’s concern with preserving the environment.

A large company must try to differentiate itself from others and social responsibility can help. One way to do this is to incorporate the concept and associate it with your brand in a pertinent and sincere way.

The company is responsible for the impacts of its decisions and activities on society and the environment, always adopting ethical behavior, acting with transparency and taking into account the expectations of our Stakeholders.

(06/03/2020) – Social Responsibility Activity – Held in Luanda at the Municipal Administration of Cacuaco Distrito Urbano do Sequele

On March 6th, 2020, we went on a service mission representing the General Directorate, colleagues (Cristina Nelson, Wilson Silva and José Martins) to the Municipality of Cacuaco itself, in the Urban District of Sequele.

Within our Social Responsibility, we delivered the material in order to overcome the existing difficulties.
